This Bilderberg-Council On foreign Relations-Federal Reserve System Shareholders political, military, illicit heroin-cocaine trafficking, 2007 military-political restructure in Pakistanand Afghanistan necessarily includes selecting an alternative to the regime leadership of President Musharaff, consideration of Benizir Bhutto, criminally convicted in Switzerland with additional indictment on related charges pending in Switzerland, as one of possible successors to President Musharaff coterminously withappointment of current Pakistan Intelligence Chief as head of the nuclear-armed Pakistan Military, which as a unit owns 12 percent of all real estate in Pakistan. 3. To be noted is the constitutional structure of Pakistan which provides a completly independent military with its own internally generated income budget and no-disclosed expenditures. The Pakistan constitution does not provide for civil government funding of its military. Further, no constitutional or statutory provisions require the Pakistan military to report or publish the sources or amounts of of its income or expenditures. The officer corps of the Pakistan military own substanitial commercial, banking and business interests in and outside of Pakistan and constitute one of the wealthier classes of pakistan residents. 4. Pursuant to the United States-Pakistan treaties and protocols, the United States Intelligence groups, including the Defense Intelligence Agency (which includes the National Security Agency with a known budget and employees 100 times greater than that of the CIA) reserves power to appoint the Pakistan Chief of Iintelligence and senior intelligence officers. Accordingly, there are no activities of Pakistan's Intelligence-military operations that are not approved by the Bilderberg-Council On Foreign-Federal Reserve System Shareholders designated United States government Pentagon, Executive, Congressional officer-employees. 5. The treaty agreement structure between the U.S. and Pakistan permits the U.S. to continue allowing Islamist extrements illicit heroin-cocaine trafficking and U.S. 1979 created, financed and armed Mujahadeen-Al-Qaeda militants to operate with impunity along the northern provinces of Pakistan and Afghanistan border areas. 6. POST 1970 BILDERBERG-COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS-FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM SHAREHOLDERS HISTORICAL PLANNING AND RESOURCE-MILITARY CONTROL OF AFGHANISTAN-PAKISTAN OPIUM, OIL RICH REGIONS: A Bilderberg Group, et al appointed U.S. taxs-subsidized Heritage Foundation is ongoing mercenery contractee charged with developing the Bilderberg Group, et policy of "Constructive Chaos Theory" employed to destablize targeted countries and regions to prevent unified organized military-economic growth which could oppose Bilderber, et al U.S. government employee military resource control of the targeted regions such as Iraq, Lebannon, Iran, Ukraine, Ukraine, Russia, China, North Korea. During the 1960's and 1980's Bilderberg employee U.s. backed Pakistan dictatorships, opposed by the civil lawyer and Judiciary (unlike in the U.S. where the facist Federalist Society Judiciary, Justice Department, U.S. Attorneys and law professors affirmitive support Bilderberg Group-Council On Foreign Relations policies and criminal military operations). a. In 1979 Bilderberg Group Council On Foreign Relations rogue CIA official Robert Gates (now Sec'y Defense), Ronald Reagan (not yet elected) and margaret Thatcher engineered the Fall of the Shah of Iran wo sought to control Iran's military and oil resources. The Shah's personal Intelligence Chief attended Secondary Preparatory School in the U.S. with then U.S. Iintelligence official who was told the Shah was suffering from a terminal illness and would not long survive. The Gates-Reagan-Thatcher team then arranged for Ayatollah Khomeni to be flown to France where arrangements were made with Sadaam Hussein to give Khomeni sanctuary in Iraq. Komeni imediately began preacing wahabe Sharia extremist Islam while seeking sympathy from neighboring Iran anti-Shah Iran Islamist extremist. Sadaam Hussein forthrightly expelled Khomeni from Iraq to Iran. b. The Gates-Reagan-Thatcher Bilderberg-Council On Foreign Relations employee team arranged and paid for selected Irani students andiimpoverished Iranians to stage a takeover of the U.S. embassy in Iran and hold the embassy occupants hostage until further notice. This exact same technique was used by the CIA agent nephew of Franklin Roosevelt who was dispatched to Iran to engage in "constructive chaos" to forcefuly overthrow democratically elected Iran President Mossadech. c. The Carter team unaware of the Bilderberg-Council On Foreign Relations-Federal Reserve System Shareholders plan to have Khomeni hold the U.S. hostages until after the 1980 elections, planned a helicopter rescue of the hostages. Unbeknownst to the Carter team, Gates and other rogue CIA Bilderberg Group employees caused the desert sand screen filters reoved from the helicopters to be used in the planned hostage recovery. The helicopters crashed and the rescue attempt failed. d. At the time of the Bilderberg Group-Council On Relations-Federal Reserve System Shareholders Gates-Reagan-Thatcher employee team (hereinafter Bilderberg Group, CFR, FRSS, et al) agreement with Khomeni to capture the U.S. embassy occupants, the consideration offered was U.S. shipments of TOW missles to Iran immediately after Reagan was successfully elected. Khomeni was to hold the hostages until after the election and to immediatelhy release them upon Reagan's election and commencement of shipments of the TOW missles, such foreign arms shipments against U.S. law. e. After the 1980 election, Defense Sec'y Richard Cheney began illegal TOW missile shipments to Iran with General Colin Powell, Cheney's assistant, in charge of the Missile shipments. What followed was the Central American illicit drug smuggling by the U.S. to fund the TOW shipments resulting in the celebrated so-called 'Iran-Contra' scandal, the criminal participants no yet serving in the current Bilderberg Group-CFR-FSRS U.S. employee regime. 7. In 1979, with the Soviets in Kabul, Afghanistan, Carter and National Security Advisor Brezhensky executed a secret memorandum stating that the U.S. policy on nuclear non-proliferation would have to take a back seat to forcing the Soviets out of Afghanistan. Khomeni Osam bin Laden, a part-time television producer in Egypt and Mullah Omar along with wahabe Islamist were recruited from Chechnya, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bosnia and other Muslim regions world wide to establish themselves at training facilities in the northern Afghan mountains, such training facilities funded, constructed and armed, including tanks and rocket propelled grenades, by Bilderberg Group-CFR-FRSS appointed U.S government employees. Pakistan's cooperation in this Soviet removal effort was criticalsince the arbitrary British colonial border between Afghanistan and Pakistan included Pashtun tribes to the south on either side of the border. Siimilarly in the north, ethnic tribes reside on either side of the arbitrarily drawn British colonial border. In consideration for the cooperatioin of the Pakistan military President Carter and NSA Brezhensky agreed to supply nuclear materiel, in violationi of exsting treaty law, to Pakistan, which now posseses nuclear bomb capability. 8. When Reagan assumed the U.S. presidency, by U.S. law the U.S. president Bilderberg Group-CFR-FRSS employee must certify that Pakistan has no nuclear bombs wkle at the same time General Al Haig was supplying Pakistan with nuclear plans. Obviously, as the public record indicates, there was cooperation between Donald Rumsfeld and Pakistani Intelligence in the issuiing of the $100,000.00 in question. NOVEMBER 15, 2007 OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO PAKISTAN PRESIDENT PERVEZ MUSHARAFF GIVEN SWISS CRIMINALLY INDICTED BENIZIR BHUTTO'S BETRAYAL OF MUSHARAFF-BHUTTO PRIOR WEEK'S POWER SHARING AGREEMENT: a. MAINTAIN PERSONAL EXECUTIVE STATUS IN MILITARY: Musharaff mistrusts Prime Minister Karzai of Afghanistan who covets U.S. support in consideration for oil pipe-line construction tough Afghanistan. In this connection, the U.S. military personally provides security for Karzai. To maintain destabilization of the Afghan U.S. appointed regime, the Musharaff military permits Taliban operations from its soil into Afghanistan, while the Pakistan military receives funds from northern Afghan-Pakistan opium world-wide trafficking. The now-jeopardized Bhutto-Musharaff power-sharing agreement occasioned Musharaff's dismantling of the Pakistan Judiciary which had planned to proceed with domestic prosecution against Bhutto for prior crimes while in office. For this consideration, Butto did not oppose the Judiciary dismantling. In order to further destabilize Pakistan, Bilderberg Grop-CFR-FRSS U.S. employee government agents are presently making contrary demands on both musharaff and Bhutto: one case to Musharaff is to resign from military control; the contrary case to Bhutto is to abandon the power sharing agreement with Musharaff and publicly recommend Musharaff's ouster from both military and civilian government. Sensing the famous Bilderberg Group-CFR-FRSS U.S. Employee double-cross (much like the U.S. simultaneous support of Iraq and Iran during the I980's Iran-Iraq wars) today, Novermber 15, 2007, Musharaff has temporarily released Bhotto from house arrest to determine how far Bhutto will take her planned civil opposition. Obbviously, both Bhutto and Musharaff understand the risk of assassination of either since the U.S. Bilderberg employees provides neither with effective military personal security. As a career and reasonably young military officer, it is doubtful if Musharaff will significantly sever ties with the military. The reader will recall that Musharaff did not lead an overthrow of the previous civil Pakistan government. Musharaff was on a plane and was called and asked by the pakistan military to head a military government. As set forth above, this conduct of the pakistan military, by U.S.Pakistan treaty could not occur without U.S. Bilderberg Grop-CFR-FRSS employee approval. Accordingly, Musharaff's relation with the Pakistan military shall remain intact. Presently, the U.S. Bilderberg Group-CFR-FRSS employees do not posses the funds, military personnel to challenge the Pakistan military wich is why U.S. has not been permitted to enter Pakistani soil in pursuit of Taliban and Al-Qaeda fighters. b. Not even the Pakistan military is committed to forcefully engage Taliban and Al-Qaeda extremist militias. d. CONTINUE OFF-HANDS MILITARY ENGAGEMENT WITH TALIBAN AND AL QAEDA MILITIAS: While not geopolitically useful to openly support Taliban and Al-Qaeda, Musharaff is disposed to maintin a hands-off engagement to avoid civil war of which the northern region has already received August, 2007 experience during which Pakistan military simply abandoned their weapons and refused to fight the northern Taliban and Al Qaeda militants. 9. War Criminal John Negraponte's visit this day, November 15, 2007 to Pakistan to urge Musharaff to resign from military shall not be realized, even though Musharaff has indicated he will resign his military post before year's end. 10.
